By placing your property into management with us, you will receive the following services:
- Marketing – Our comprehensive marketing plan will increase your investment property’s revenue. Your property will be listed on our private website, where guests can book directly and avoid paying third party booking fees. Additionally, your home will listed on AirBnB, VRBO, and highlighted on social media. We have additional marketing resources and exposure through the Chamber of Commerce. All advertising will be done at our expense.
- Professional Photography – High quality photos capture a guest’s attention and will make your property stand out.
- Reservation Management – Reservation inquiries and phone calls will be promptly responded to seven days a week.
- Guest Services – We handle all communication with guests, from the initial contact to a post stay follow up and everything in between. Our guests are valued and treated with the utmost level of care and respect!
- Housekeeping – Immaculate housekeeping is our highest priority! We will work together with our housekeepers to coordinate cleaning and to maintain the highest standards in housekeeping.
- Maintenance – We will collaborate with you and local vendors to coordinate any required maintenance.
- Accounting – Detailed monthly and annual profit & loss statements will be provided. We will also collect and remit the appropriate sales and lodging taxes.
